Heating Instructions
Ensure meal is thawed out before heating. We recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator.
- Microwave Method:
- Step 1: Pierce the plastic film to vent.
- Step 2: Heat on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Step 3: Let stand for 1 minute before carefully removing the film and serving.
- Oven Method:
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step 2: Remove the plastic film and transfer the contents to a greased baking sheet.
- Step 3: Bake for 10 minutes or until food is hot.
- Step 4: Transfer to a plate and serve.
All meals should have an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
