Heating Instructions
Ensure meal is thawed out before heating. We recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator.
- Microwave Method:
- Step 1: Pierce the plastic film to vent.
- Step 2: Heat on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 3: Let stand for 1 minute before carefully removing the film and serving.
- Stovetop Method:
- Step 1: Remove the plastic film and transfer all contents of the meal to a small pot.
- Step 2: Cook on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until hot.
