HAMBURGER, CARROTS, GREEN BEANS, YELLOW SQUASH, ZUCCHINI, RED PEPPERS, GREEN PEPPER, PEAS, CORN, RUSSET POTATO, TOMATO JUICE (WATER, TOMATO JUICE CONCENTRATE, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF SALT, ASCORBIC ACID (VITAMIN C))

Heating Instructions

Ensure meal is thawed out before heating. We recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator.

  1. Microwave Method:
    • Step 1: Pierce the plastic film to vent.
    • Step 2: Heat on high for 2-3 minutes.
    • Step 3: Let stand for 1 minute before carefully removing the film and serving.
  2. Stovetop Method:
    • Step 1: Remove the plastic film and transfer all contents of the meal to a baking dish.
    • Step 2: Cook for 10-15 minutes until hot.
    • Step 3: Transfer to a plate and serve.

All meals should reach the internal temperature of 165 degrees.
