Heating Instructions
Ensure meal is thawed out before heating. We recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator.
- Microwave Method:
- Step 1: Remove food from vacuum sealed bag and transfer to a large microwave safe dish.
- Step 2: Heat on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Step 3: Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly. Ensure internal temperature is at least 165 degrees before serving.
- Stovetop Method:
- Step 1: Transfer all contents of the meal to a pot.
- Step 2: Cook on medium for 10-15 minutes until hot, stirring occasionally. Add water one tablespoon at a time if it looks dry.
- Step 3: Serve when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
