CHICKEN LEGS, SEASONING (SALT, MSG, PAPRIKA, BLACK PEPPER, ONION, GARLIC), BBQ SAUCE (TOMATO PUREE, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, VINEGAR, SOYBEAN OIL, SOY PROTEIN, MUSTARD, SPICES, CELERY SEED), GLAZE (BROWN SUGAR, MUSTARD, TERIYAKI [SOY SAUCE, WHEAT, SOYBEANS], SPICES)
Heating Instructions
Ensure meal is thawed out before heating. We recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator.
- Microwave Method:
- Step 1: Pierce the plastic film to vent.
- Step 2: Heat on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 3: Let stand for 1 minute before carefully removing the film.
- Step 4: If not hot enough, continue microwaving in 30-second intervals.
- Oven Method:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Step 2: Transfer chicken from the tray to an oven-safe dish.
- Step 3: Cover the dish with aluminum foil to prevent drying out.
- Step 4: Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Step 5: Remove the foil and let cool for 1 minute before serving.
All meals should reach the internal temperature of 165 degrees.
