Heating Instructions

  1. Microwave Method:
    • Step 1: Pierce the plastic film to vent.
    • Step 2: Heat on high for 2-3 minutes.
    • Step 3: Let stand for 1 minute before carefully removing the film and serving.
  2. Oven Method:
    • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    • Step 2: Remove the plastic film and transfer all contents of the meal to a baking dish.
    • Step 3: Cook for 8-10 minutes until hot.
    • Step 4: Transfer to a plate and serve.

All meals should reach the internal temperature of 165 degrees.
