Heating Instructions
Ensure meal is thawed out before heating. We recommend thawing for 24-48 hours in the refrigerator.
- Microwave Method:
- Step 1: Pierce the plastic film to vent.
- Step 2: Heat on high for 5 minutes. Stir well, then check the temperature. If it’s not hot enough, continue microwaving in 2 minute intervals.
- Oven Method:
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step 2: Remove the plastic film and transfer to a baking dish.
- Step 3: Cook covered for 10-15 minutes. Stir well, then check the temperature. If it’s not hot enough, continue cooking in 5 minute intervals until hot.
- *Black plastic tray is oven safe up to 390 degrees.
All meals should reach the internal temperature of 165 degrees.
