Heating Instructions
Ensure meal is thawed out before heating. We recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator.
- Microwave Method:
- Step 1: Pierce the plastic film to vent.
- Step 2: Heat on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 3: Let stand for 1 minute before carefully removing the film and serving.
- Stovetop Method:
- Step 1: Transfer the chana masala and rice to two small saucepans.
- Step 2: Add a splash of water to the pot with rice to prevent sticking.
- Step 2: Cover and heat both over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Step 3: Heat until both are warmed through and steaming, about 5–10 minutes.
All meals should be reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
