Only choose fresh if you plan to eat this meal within 3 days of pickup or delivery. Fresh meals are sealed but not vacuum-packed, so they spoil quickly. If you're ordering several meals, we recommend choosing frozen for anything you won’t eat right away.

Fresh - Keep refrigerated, eat within 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months

Frozen – Store in freezer, thaw overnight before heating, lasts up to 3 months
