Heating Instructions

Ensure meal is thawed out before heating. We recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator.

  1. Microwave Method:
    • Step 1: Pierce the plastic film to vent.
    • Step 2: Heat on high for 2-3 minutes.
    • Step 3: Let stand for 1 minute before carefully removing the film and serving.
  2. Stovetop Method:
    • Step 1: Transfer soup to a saucepan.
    • Step 2: Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot and simmering—about 5–7 minutes.
    • Step 3: Transfer to bowl and serve.
