Heating Instructions
Ensure meal is thawed out before heating. We recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator.
- Microwave Method:
- Step 1: Pierce the plastic film to vent.
- Step 2: Heat on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 3: Let stand for 1 minute before carefully removing the film and serving.
- Oven/Stovetop Method:
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step 2: Remove the plastic film and transfer the Tennessee Chicken and potatoes to a baking sheet.
- Step 3: Bake for 10 minutes or until temperature of chicken is 165 degrees.
- Step 4: Heat the peas on a pan with a tablespoon of water on medium low heat.
- Step 5: Plate and serve with southern sauce.
All meals should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
