Heating Instructions
Ensure meal is thawed out before heating. We recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator.
- Microwave Method:
- Step 1: Pierce the plastic film to vent.
- Step 2: Heat on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 3: Let stand for 1 minute before carefully removing the film and serving.
- Oven Method:
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step 2: Remove the plastic film and transfer all contents of the meal to a baking dish.
- Step 2: Cook for 8-12 minutes until hot.
- Step 3: Transfer to a plate and serve.
All meals should be reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
